• Packaging : Good
◦ Nice color pictures (if you don't mind a lot of pinky-purply coloring). Accurate disc and track information, except for combining the last two tracks into one with a lump-sum length.
• Originality : Good
◦ This is from a concert on September 5, 1985 in Ohio.
• Sound Quality : Very Good/Good
◦ Although the CD is a good soundboard recording, the rest of the band is sometimes almost totally drowned out by the lead vocals. Everything is very clear, but the mix is sometimes a little strange.
• Performance : Good
◦ It's hard to judge the crowd's reaction to the band (because of the soundboard source), but it seems like an enjoyable show. The inclusion of "Return to Waterloo" adds some flavor to an otherwise standard (and short, at least here) playlist of the "Word of Mouth" era. From what can be heard, the band is playing well and there's no obvious display of dissention -- despite the fact that Ray's "solo" project had just recently been completed.
• Overall : Good
◦ The seemingly odd sound mixing may be a serious drawback to some listeners, but if you don't mind that (or you get used to it after repeated playings) then this CD is a good find. There are very few oldies (in fact, only one) and only a handful of 70s tracks, so if you don't like the early 80s material, then this concert may not be for you
